We are proud to serve the very best quality meat to our customers.  All of our frying steak, sirloin, fillet and rib-eye are matured for at least 21 days - giving the best balance of ageing and flavour.  As a quality independent butcher, we source our Scotch Beef, Scotch Lamb and Specially Selected Pork from approved suppliers.
